We Listen In is a non-profit association with the aim to strengthen the well-being of young women with a foreign background in Sweden. We do this through our free empowerment program aimed at 18-25 year olds where our participants learn to better manage stress from their inbetweenship and exclusion (we focus on minority, acculturative and bicultural stress) through self-leadership within personal development. We also have a network focusing on personal development and well-being.

During my internship at MakeEqual, I have worked on issues of equality, inclusion and diversity. Through mapping and analysis of workplaces and organisations to support them in their practical equality work.
