Key Responsibilities:• Lead Project Manager for Bullhorn’s flagship Event – Bullhorn Live. Key highlights: planning, strategy and execution for 5 years, encompassing sales, production, logistics and all sponsorship to improve net income. Growing delegate numbers from 100 to 800. Achieving a profit of £3M from direct and influenced sales from the most recent event• Development, implementation and management of plans, forecasts and budgets for the international business, spanning across 3 countries and 4 different currencies • A stakeholder for external relationships for event sponsorship management, raising £275K in sponsorship revenue from 14 partners, developed from 2013 where revenue was at £25K • Building internal stakeholder management relationships with CEO, CMO, CTO, MD and VP of Sales. Briefing weekly on progress leading up to key events and de-briefing after. • Working cross-functionally across the business, especially with sales personnel and Bullhorn executives, to ensure events are well attended and flawlessly executed• Negotiating and building relationships with vendors and external stakeholders to get discounts on DDR and F&B • Leading the International team on hitting marketing originated revenue targets $4.51m across UK&I, EMEA and APAC• Ensure thorough plans and evaluations are carried out for activities with clear learning and evidence based recommendations for future activities. Developing and contributing to the overall strategy, researching testing and developing new events in EMEA regions. • Management of Client Advocacy programme using a tool called Influative. Through this I raised our social following by 5%

Key Responsibilities:• Creation, implementation, and management of international webinar programme, including materials, presenters and reporting on outcomes• Simultaneously working on various events internationally• Complete event organisation on over 60 events ensuring optimal end to end delivery of events including: Setting targets and objectives; Working with stakeholders to decide on messaging and tactics; Support pre- and post-marketing and sales activities to maximise outcomes • Review, Approve and Process invoices for all the International Marketing team and update budgeting spreadsheet monthly • Development and Leading of Bullhorn’s CSR Committee for the International business providing at least 2 fundraising opportunities for colleagues to get involved within every quarter, such as Guide Dogs, Whitechapel Homeless Mission and The Haven House charity• Development and delivery of client facing videos• Responsible for capturing case studies and testimonials: sourcing clients to participate, conducting interviews, and having them designed and placed onto the website• Responsible for The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For application, including all the documentation to support the entry. Achieving in both 2016 and 2017 3-star accreditation and placing in the Top 50 on both occasions• Report regularly to the Marketing Director on team performance or any issues that need to be addressed
