CurrentWith an unexpected loss of headcount, I stepped into a larger role to help fill the gaps while fulfilling my original responsibilities. Recognizing my work and realizing my skillset could extend beyond the M&E business unit, the CMO moved me into a horizontal role developing content for Veritone and it’s subsidiaries. Some of my accomplishments since taking over as Director, Content Development, include: • Partnered with executive leadership to revamp the Veritone brand voice and messaging.• Successfully launched 2 new websites.• Developed 20 messaging guides to align our entire product portfolio to our new brand voice.• Helped plan and launch the Veritone Podcast, Adventures in AI. • Submitted award applications that won us NAB Show Product of the Year 2021, IABM BaM Award 2021, and 4th Annual Media Excellence Award for Best Artificial Intelligence. • Ghost wrote thought leadership articles on AI for multiple industries for executive leadership, appearing in Forbes, AdAge, Toolbox, AiThority, Martech, Broadcast Sport, and GRIT Daily. • Onboarded a new content creation tool called Ceros to increase more engaging content. I added a direct report, helping the content team achieve records amount of production in 2022, enabling the company to have a content strategy and plan that looks months out with Airtable rather than only days or weeks, writing a total in FY2022: • 70 Blogs• 34 Bylines• 25 Landing Pages• 20 Messaging Guides• 18 New Web Pages• 8 White Papers• 5 Data Stories• 2 ebooks• 2 Veritone Overview Decks• 2 Website Launches• 1 Industry Report. While I am proud of the sheer production we achieved, the performance of our content is really what’s exciting. My team achieved: • 95% Increase in New Users to Blog• 80% of Blog Traffic is Organic• 700% Increase in Average Daily Visitors to Case Studies • 31K Total Visitors on Case Studies, Up From 7K Year Over Year• 40% Increase in Veritone.com Referral Traffic
