• Managing Nigeria Nokia Care network front end Branches (Customer Care and Level І Operations ) and Back end (Level 3 Operation & Main Inventory )• Set the proper actions to control backlog, delay and pending cases. • Setting and Managing Logistic cycles in between branches and Level 3 Satiation. • Shutdown planning, opening planning includes financial lose estimation.• Setting training plans according to appraisals and performance analysis.• Revenue, cost, and GP calculations and preparing corrective and preventive action plans for GP enhancement and cutting costs.• Responsible for Value Stream Mapping (VSM) screening, development, and applying in all operation processes.• Technical interview for applicants.• Inventory management including Spare parts / swaps unites forecasting and ordering.

• Repairs of Nokia mobile device down to component level (level4) including logical fault finding, measurements, tunings and capability of µBGA soldering/replacement. • Responsible for a team of 8 engineers to handle their management and technical issues. then to have daily meeting with the team members and discuss what’s new.• Reporting and handling of delayed ,pending for spare parts and waiting customer approval cases• Participate in re-allocation planning and implementation to immigrate to another Headquarter building in Smart Village, Cairo, EGYPT.• Managing the customer complaints due to taking appropriate action to satisfy them.• Holding weekly training of Nokia repair hints and service bulletins for the team members.• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
