Achievements:•Improve yield productivity by setting appropriate irrigation and fertilization dates for thevolatile conditions of the land in North Sinai. •Trained the workers on all plant processes to prevent any problem may threaten the crop before occur. •Plans and studies were also worked out to solve the problem of the lack of water availability in the place and were presented to the owner of the land to make the final decision.

•In an effort to save what can be salvaged within a few months, we have managed to preserve the crop and improve the color and sizes to suit export requirements by working on an integrated program (fertilization, irrigation and pest control).•The 80-hectare land is expected to produce 850 tonnes, but actual production is 1,258 tons. It was a really wonderful achievement. •The technical and administrative problems was dealt with successfully and the desired profit was achieved.

Responsibilities:•Farming operations and work to improve the capacity of the land to production. •Organizing and following up service operations such fertilization, irrigation, pruning, weed control, resistance to pests and diseases and the use of growth regulators in the production.•Harvesting operations and evaluating the quality of the crop and the extent of its conformity to quality specifications.

Achievements:•Good management of the quality department where it is more structured for greater efficiency and facilitate knowledge of the source of error and success.•Reducing the loss in the sorting result by the good inspection of the crude receipt vehicles of the crops.Responsibilities:•Responsible for receiving raw (orange carts) then check materials and verify of its quality according to the specifications required.•Make sure that the final product is identical to the export specification.
