Gas water Heater Assembly section Head For 1YearsElectric water heater Assembly section Head 1 YearsAssembly Area Manger 8 Years responable for 5 lines( Gas water Heater, Electric water Heater, wire harness, switch area, extraction Fan & Air condioning Line )Duties Include:• Responsible for achieving production plan and improving production rates.• Coordinating with Planning, Quality and Maintenance departments to achieve daily organizational goals.• Manage working hours and shift schedules as per production target.• Layout modification in machine shop and Assembly line to group and combine operations to increase capacity utilization and single piece flow to reduce delivery time.• Create and maintain Standard Work Procedures, SOPs, 5S Checklists, and include a comprehensive audit process.• Lead the development of Lean Manufacturing principles within the assembly lines.• Responsible for improving quality culture within manufacturing teams, training and implementing for 5S method & cross training using skill matrix.• Responsible for applying line balancing in order to improve line efficiency.• Preserving discipline according to safety rules and participates with safety team to made risk assessment for assembly department to improve work environment. • Monitor measures of performance and provide corrective actions.• Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.• Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to decrease defects, rework & scrap percentage.• Identify the worker requirements in terms of numbers, skills and work with HR to ensure the required requirement, training and development. • Achieve 5D for all areas I responsible for it and applied all requirements for EMS program.•Apply the BPD (Business Plan Deployment) for all production area to monitor and support to achive factory KPI's.
