- Plan and implement a preventive maintenance program for all buildings, equipment and machinery as prescribed by manufacturers and/or as required to maintain the standards of the hotel operation by using message box program.- Plan and supervise execution of day to day repairs and up keeping of buildings, installations, equipment and machinery as instructed by the management of the hotel. - Design, implement and constantly improve Standard Operating Procedures so as to ensure consistency in the delivery of excellent service.- Follow-up on correct execution of works entrusted to subcontractors and on development projects.- Strictly observe all environmental statutory requirements and Keep in organized files all documents related to the characteristics of operating system, installation, equipment or machinery. - Log all information relative to energy consumption, preventive maintenance actions and repairs on all essential equipment (generator sets, water and sewage pumps, firefighting equipment and the like).- One of my basic responsibilities is to lead, train and develop skills of the subordinates to get optimum quality, performance and productivity. Higher the productivity, higher would be the profits of the company.

- Operating and maintaining all operating equipment including pumps, motors, boilers and chillers.- Repairing and maintaining all guests' rooms.- Plan and implement a preventive maintenance program for all buildings, equipment and machinery as prescribed by the manufacturers and/or as required to maintain the standards of the hotel operation by using message box program.- Doing the engineering monthly report and reported direct to DOE.

• Pre- Opening Phase duties included:- Doing Complete Defect inspections for all Electrical works, Mechanical works, hotel equipment and Guestrooms from maintenance point of view before handover the hotel- Assist Project Management Team as required.- Handover the hotel from the contractor according to Mövenpick standard & specifications- Handover all electrical and mechanical works.- Inspecting all Electrical panels and its loads according to the international standards and doing a snag list with the comments.- Using DINAWIN software for saving all equipment data and doing all equipment maintenance programs, work orders…etc.- Inspecting all hotel equipment and doing a snag lists with the comments from maintenance point of view- Participate in establishing the Property Operation systems (Engineering management system).- Collecting all equipment data to prepare the preventive maintenance program.

-Operating and maintaining all operating equipment including pumps, motors, boilers and chillers.- Repairing and maintaining all guests' rooms.- Supervise maintenance staff and assign and monitor maintenance projects.- Conduct regular inspections of operating mechanical, electrical, HVAC and equipment systems and make necessary adjustments to operating equipment and controls.- Assist with maintenance/engineering issues (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) as required.- Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors and technicians.- Responsible for the health and safety of the hotel.- Assist the Director of Engineering in every aspect of the operation as requested.- Prepare and maintain engineering reports.- Prepare monthly comparative utility consumption reports and keep constant survey of correct calibration of all utility recording instruments.

-Responsible for follow up of all Equipment, machinery, fire-fighting networks & AC systems.-Responsible for all operation electrical, mechanical and its sudden faults.* Electrical works such as (Switch Gear, Transformers, all electrical panels, UPS, ATS and all control panels). * Mechanical works such as (boilers, chillers, water pumps station, A.C system, walk-in freezers and chillers, Plumbing).-Responsible for supervising staff operation & ensuring the hotel goals achievements of quality & standard.-Solving guest room problems.-Familiar with BMS “Building Management System”-Doing Purchase Requests for the needed spare parts.
