During my tenure as the Senior Digital Manager at Qatar Airways, I was responsible for identifying the organization's information needs and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) by ISO 19650 standards. This groundbreaking project aimed to make Qatar Airways the first airline in the world to adopt BIM. Additionally, I supervised the implementation of BIM for the expansion of Hamad Airport.Key Responsibilities:Developing Organizational Information Requirements: Created BIM standards, protocols, and data requirements specific to Qatar Airways, aligning with ISO 19650 to ensure adherence to international best practices.
