Responsibilities- Review the revised BOQ and invoices received from the contractor and ensure that all processes and procedures align with the Project Management Manual (PMM) of NWC.- Implementation of NWC project, using PMM Audits and PMM Attachment files- Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications of NWC contract.- Prepare BOQ by studying specification sheets from the design or tender drawings of NWC contract.- Identify gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract.- Monitor flow of Payments to contractors against budget quantities and actual progress done.- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions.- Attended meetings with contractors to discuss project progress and provide technical advice.Projects - Saudi Arabia- The Engineering and Consultancy Services Agreement for the provision of supervision services for the implementation of water and sewage projects of NWC Central Cluster
