Ever since we merged in 2008 we have remained the #1 Company for Residential and Land Sales in the Aynor school district and have achieved most of the goals we have set for ourselves, growing every year in sales volume. She and I have a combined 25+ years experience in real estate, many hours of the study of all things regarding real estate, earned multiple designations, and have many clients in and around Horry and Marion County. We are excited about the growth of our business as it has seen nothing but expansion in the most depressed real estate market in history! Connect was at the cutting edge of where real estate was moving to when we joined the company in 2008. It's a great model for business that traditional brokerages are moving towards. It was just getting it start when many tried and true nationally known brokerages were closing their doors due to the recession and it's toll on their business. The areas Sammie and I concentrate on are Aynor, Galivants Ferry, Conway, Loris, Green Sea and all the rural areas of Horry and Marion Counties which is all about 30 minutes from Myrtle Beach.

While serving at RE/MAX Coastal Associates I was a Realtor and served all areas of Horry County, mainly Aynor, Conway, Loris, Green Sea, Nichols, Galivant Ferry and Marion County. I enjoyed my experience there.

I began my real esate career under the guidance and instruction of Broker Larry Bratcher and it was a wonderful experience. I was with C21 Bratcher for almost 7 years and I cannot imagine having a better introduction into my profession.
