I pursued new business opportunities. I trained customers and field engineers on how to install and maintain CCTV, GPS, OBD-2 and PABX systems. I developed schematic designs. I coached junior engineers to ensure their development and assisted the operations manager.

I managed local and international customer requests. I ensured optimal performance of the transmission network equipment, troubleshot and resolved technical issues, and interfaced with stakeholders to achieve service level agreement. I reported daily network operations to senior management including the CEO.

I worked directly with three managers and five subject matter experts to deploy engineers, technicians and fibre-optic equipment to new and existing metro sites as scheduled. I interfaced with various stakeholders to pursue and meet project objectives. I controlled the quality of installation work done at sites. I managed the database and technical documentation for all equipment allocated to the project. I coordinated the repair process for faulty electronic cards.

I worked with a team of foreign engineers and project managers to ensure proper storage of telecommunication equipment at customer warehouse, office storage and other required locations and ensure their timely deployment. I promptly obliged the logistics requests of engineers at various site nationwide.

I worked with the company director of the Lekki office to launch the Lagos-UK Citrix IT Solutions, create a clients’ database, generate sales document, recruit other staff and procure business equipment. I subsequently teamed up with the customer engineer to resolve onsite issues.
