After eight years in Quality Assurance, I transitioned to a Scrum Master role to utilise my knowledge of software development and enhance team collaboration. My QA background emphasised the importance of quality and efficiency, driving my passion for facilitating agile practices and fostering continuous improvement. I have experience as a Customer Assistant, where I developed strong customer service skills.Beginning my career as a Trainee QA Analyst, I advanced to Lead QA Analyst, leading teams and participating in sprint planning and conflict resolution. As a Scrum Master, I have implemented agile methodologies, improving efficiency and productivity while utilising tools like Azure Devops, Jira, Miro, Asana and Trello for effective collaboration.I also engage in business analysis and root cause analysis to enhance software quality and gain expertise to aid user acceptance testing. I have recently completed the Product Management Career Accelerator at King's College London via FourthRev, focusing on management, strategy, and product development and launching. My diverse background equips me to lead teams and deliver high-quality software products, with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
