More than $300k savings achieved through contractual streamlining, refunds and cancellation of obsolete licenses for both Royalties & Subscription costs.- Real-time analysis and management of ~$20M costs pertaining to Veritas inventory by working closely with Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.- Ensure Accounting treatments are accurate for various Inventory heads like RMA, E&O, PPV, Spare Parts etc. - Ensure the Veritas Aged inventory balances and reserves are aligned with 3rd party partner's stock in concurrence with the Drop-Ship business model in place.- Ensure POC and 'Try & Buy' deals are appropriately Capitalized and monitored for future opportunities.- Variance/ Flux analysis, commentary with business justifications for all Inventory related transactions.- Provide detailed analysis and back-up data to External and Internal Auditors as per SOX requirements/ PBC.|| AR - Accounting & Reporting ||- Trade AR ME/ QE Close activities in Oracle and associated Reconciliations- Calculate and post WHT accruals for International AR, post Tax team's review and approval.- Perform and Review B/S Recons for AR and 3rd Party Royalties (50+ every month).- Variance/ Flux analysis and commentary with business justifications for all AR categories.
