• Project management: Coordinated internal and external expertise for the design of a technical and financial solution in compliance with the requirements of RFPs. • Bid management: Participated to responses of tenders for the installation of giant screens and LED banners in stadium and arena projects. • Strategy: Analyzed the existing communication chain management within the department of "Turnkey Projects & Services". Proposed and designed more efficient practices that increased the flow of responses to RFPs.• Sourcing: Monitored on a daily basis the pricing and compliance of suppliers in Europe and China.
