• Prepare yearly training calendar, conduct training & arrange accordingly along with MDP & EDP and ensure all training related record of training in ISO form;• Conduct Recruitment and Selection process at plant (Permanent and Contractual);• Keep records of Probation period, Contract period and initiate procedure for Job Confirmation at least 30 Days prior to the due date;• New employee joining, Prepare orientation program, arrange orientation and Complete Buddy evaluation;• Conduct Job regular and promotion related activities as and when required;• Conduct all types of factory visit in plant & Greet visitors and receive them warmly;• Prepare JD for newly joined employees and initiate change;• Take Exit Interview for left employees and ensure employee Resignation and Clearance formalities for left employee;• Ensure In Plant training Program & handover certificate to trainee after successful completion of In Plant training program;• Ensure all documents are maintained as per ISO standard;• Directly involved female related issues of Plant and address female workers problem & try to solve the problem & keep working environment healthy;• Departmental employee development program;• Look after interior beautification of plant;
