• Document management by using Digikent Document Management Software• Data retrieving, manipulation, loading, saving for keeping database up to date and synchronized with the hard-copied documents• Examining application documents and approving applications that comply with regulatory standards • Organizing wedding schedules, assisting city manager for the organizations• Offering advice and expertise to marriage license applicants, giving information about marriage procedure, documents, and terms of application, directing them into relevant departments• Assisting foreign applicants, explaining them marriage procedures in English

• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment• Informing customers to ensure in time payments after examining customer payment plan, payment history and credit limits• Ensuring that collection procedures are carried out in accordance with the law.• Working in partnership with collection staff to claim overdue payments.

• Managing team to organize working schedules, and allocating workload among team members• Planning performance goals for the team, and ensuring team performance• Informing team members about new campaigns and offers that might be presented to the customers• Checking system to detect customers who want to cancel subscription and select appropriate campaigns based on their usage statistics to offer them and convince them to continue their subscriptions
