Monitoring to DSA & DST for disbursement of files & releasing payment to the respective dealers.Promoting business by activities and guiding DSA & DST to increase volume at counter & their disbursement.All reportings to ASM (Area Sales Manager) on daily basis.Regular visits to dealers with ASM .Marketing and cross selling of by products of the organization.Handling & managing collection till 12 months from the date of disbursement.Strategically planning and Channel management of DSA & brokers.Independently accountable for marketing the finance of vehicles.Strategically plan & implement the systems, policies & procedures to initiate and control finance, projected towards organizational goals to maximize profitability and generate revenue.Marketing and cross selling of by products of the organization.
