• Built content categorizer, a panel where a user can manage content posted at multiple social media platforms. I worked on matching content based on text and optimized it for large data set.

• Created backend for monthly ride and referral leaderboards which were targeted at improving recurring rides and user acquisition respectively. APIs were written in Node.js and redis was used as data store.
• Reduced data processing costs for BigQuery by warehousing aggregated data and added a layer of redis cache to reduce response time of API.
• Created backend for auto accept panel, a service aimed at improving fulfillment by automatically accepting ride for the driver. APIs were written in Node.js and BigQuery was used to retrieve and aggregate data.
• Created APIs for graphs such as Customer Acquisition Cost, Life Time Value, Monthly Recurring Revenue, Fulfilment by querying data stored on BigQuery.
• Wrote APIs for competitive analysis dashboard visualising the app consumption of a typical Jugnoo user.
• Worked on logging customer support KPIs in database using Freshdesk webhooks, and then visualise them on panel
