Driven by a passion for making a real difference and an entrepreneurial spirit honed from a young age, I co-founded Nurturers with my wife, Swati, to address the critical gap in care for children with special needs.My journey began with an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a promising career at Damco (Maersk Group). Despite the success, the desire to build something meaningful led me to pivot. Drawing on my business family background and management experience, I dove into entrepreneurship, even briefly working in real estate to secure initial funding for Nurturers.Today, at Nurturers, I wear many hats, overseeing operations, finance, HR, marketing, and customer acquisition. My diverse skill set, honed through corporate and entrepreneurial experiences, allows me to build scalable systems and drive growth. I'm committed to expanding Nurturers' reach, both physically and through online therapies, ensuring all children with special needs have access to the support they deserve.My motivation stems from a personal understanding of the challenges faced by families like ours.
