I am a part of the Talent Acquisition team at ConnectWise LLP, where I am responsible for administrative tasks related to onboarding and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. I coordinate the logistical aspects of the onboarding process, such as scheduling inductions and taking care of documentation (Pre and Post Offer Documents). I also act as a point of contact for new hires regarding paperwork and joining formalities. I coordinate with various departments like HRBP and HR Operations to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. I provide support and answer to the questions related to the onboarding process. I was previously involved in the hiring of IT positions in the Philippines such as L2 Helpdesk and L2 Server Technician through LinkedIn and employee referrals. I also interacted with various hiring managers of multiple business heads for the pre-requisition forms of new joiners.Moreover, I am solely in charge of the Hiring Sheet which consisted of all the information of new joiners, which is referred to generate various reports. I am also solely responsible for generating offers through Skillate and Greenhouse.
