• Built PowerBi and Machine Learning based solution for turnover analytics and predicting employees at risk of resignation• Built employee profiles using their demographic data collected based on different hypothesis validated with the help of People team.• Industry Standard Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms were trained using the profiles.
