I am Md. Abul Bashar Azad from Dhaka Bangladesh. I call myself a open source VOIP developer Engineer as it is a nice platform for develop open source based IP-PBX, Call center, Call Back, Hosted Service, IVR, SS7,Pri, SIP Trank, FXO,FXS, GSM gateway integration and configure etc.I have worked ICT sector 12 years. I have spent the last 7 years developing my skills as a deputy Manager in IPTSP (IP Telephony Service Provider) for BDCOM Online Ltd. Where I have won several performance awards and been promoted twice. I love managing teams and solving customer problems. During my professional career I have supported several Bank, University, Corporate House, Multinational Company like Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC Bank, GIZ, British Council, Dhaka University, US Bangla Airline, Metlife ALICO, ICDDRB etc. I have maintenance BDCOM IPTSP Core Soft Switch (SS), Media gateway (MGW), Radius Billing server sip router, call routing, short code routing, toll free number routing, ICX integration, Call performance (ASR, ACD,NER,NU,OU,TF etc), Radius server, GW Security etc. Although I love my current role, I feel I’m now ready for a more challenging assignment and this position really excites me.Beside my full time job I love to do freelancing and contractual job.
