Take ownership of facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring the teamβs workload and workflow are well-managed.β’ Support the Cultural Shift: Cultivate a collaborative work environment while promoting an Agile mindset across teams, encouraging open communication and adaptive thinking.β’ Coordinate Across Multiple Teams: Enable smooth cross-team collaboration by facilitating coordination efforts and supporting Program Increment (PI) planning, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.β’ Align with SAFe Principles: Actively participate in SAFe events and help drive the delivery of features in alignment with SAFe principles, ensuring seamless integration across the Agile Release Train (ART).β’ Foster Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging regular retrospectives and feedback loops.
