Leverage metrics and reporting tools to monitor team progress and maintain alignment with program-level goals.β’ Remove Impediments and Enable Value Flow: Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure a smooth flow of value, supporting uninterrupted feature delivery and driving continuous value for the business.
