Current• Work shopping, analyzing and identifying requirements by establishing relationships withstakeholders for the ongoing and future projects.• Working on developing user acceptance test cases, integration test cases for the digitallytransformed projects and working with the stakeholders to satisfy their needs from the product.• Designing, developing, testing and implementing short and long-term solutions to informationtechnology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systemsand applications infrastructure.• Updating documentation of the projects especially related to digital transformation anddocumenting the current and future state of the system for knowledge management at theorganization.• Extract information from different database management system such as Microsoft SQL and MySQL and analyse data for better decision making.• Generate insights, identify patterns by looking at the past data which helps the productionmanager to achieve organisation’s goals.• Clean and transform client’s data so that it works with Forms Express internal applications.• Helping client’s transitioning to Forms Express by informing them about data requirements whichhelps in creating data converters and in data mapping.• Monitoring & managing support requests.• Coordinate with team members on data requirements and applications.
