Inventory control

Checking invoices of stores received.Taking inventories of respective stores(food and beverages stores).Maintaining stock inventory control and stock rotation.Placing orders for food stores along with stores manager well in advance.Keeping track of receiving and outgoing stock from stores.Reporting any shortages,damages and excess stores received during storing.Maintaining quality of goods using fifo method,give service to internal crew and stores cleanliness as per USPH standards.Monthly Stock takes and regular inventory checks for any inaccuracy.Keeping records of rooms temperature and pallet truck daily basis.Check invoices, ordering & prepare as per invoice.

Handling inventory management system, purchase and ordering of products, handling food safety and safety security of the restaurant, Incharge of Restaurant.

Handling restaurant , follow up on crew trainer, running profitable shift, motivating for achieving sales targets

Responsible for training people,Cash shifts and Night shift
