Strengthen the linkages with existing stakeholders and further expand the partner’s base for effective implementation of skills development training programsManage the overall department’s planning process with regards to training & apprenticeships; contribute in setting up and managing training targetsKeep close liaising and good relationships with training institutes and employers/businessesMaintain database of other projects and related activities carried out under TVET sector in the region.Produce high-quality reports for presenting to stakeholders and donorPerform detailed data analysis for expanding project’s knowledge-base and ensuring productive feedback into the programming processConduct primary and secondary research related to tapping demand-driven skills training opportunities for youthConduct field monitoring visits to sites (training institutes & businesses/industry) for periodic assessments of ongoing training programs including student attendance, performance, job progress (specific to apprenticeships) etc.Validating placements of apprentices for on-job training on the relevant tradesPerform initial screening of private sector training institutes for identification/selection purposesMonitor and evaluate performance of training service providers, especially the private sector institutesData collection, analysis & reporting on developed formats and checklists Participate in periodic progress review meetings and present specific progress

Project is funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB)Project Location: Punjab, Pakistan 2- Building Disaster Resilience in Pakistan (BDRP) - ‘Community Based Disaster Risk Management, Project is funded by DFID Project Location: Sindh, Pakistan3- Adolescent and Adult Learning and Training Program (AALTP), project is funded by Sindh Education FoundationProject Location: Sindh, Pakistan4- Responding to the Evolving and Long-term IDP Emergencies, project is funded by DFIDProject Location: Federally Administrated Tribal Areas and KPK5- Addressing Roots Cases Fund (Market and Employment for Peace and Stability), project is funded by Ministry of foreign Affairs The Netherlands Project Location: Mohmand, Bajaur, Khyber, Charsadda and peripheries of PeshawarMy Main Responsibilities are;• Provide overall technical support to project teams related to TVET and livelihood components of projects. • Liaise with NGOs, CSOs, government women machinery and service providing organizations.• Ensure projects’ progress is effectively monitored through the regular collection and analysis of key indicators and ensures that processes and results are properly documented.• Work closely with relevant education authorities to deliver TVET of good quality.• Assessment of partners for implementation of livelihood related component of all projects. • Building relationships with relevant government departments in all three provinces and at federal level.• Concept Notes and Proposal development for TVET/livelihood related calls.• Provide technical feedback to partners and consultants for manual development of different market based trades

Provision of access to market-driven training and employment opportunities to vulnerable youth and women in rural districts of southern Punjab (Youth Economic Empowerment Project (YEEP)Project Planning and Implementation• Smooth Implementation of project in three districts of Southern Punjab (Layyah, Muzaffargarh and Rajan Pur) • Identify major leverage points for value chain development and market opportunities as basis for better livelihoods for unemployed and small entrepreneurial youth.• Manage the implementation and development of the technical and administrative aspects of project portfolio. This includes overall responsibility for budget and staff management.• Ensure projects’ progress is effectively monitored through the regular collection and analysis of key indicators and ensures that processes and results are properly documented.• Work closely with relevant education, TEVTA and VTI authorities to deliver TVET of good quality.• • Ensure that internal and external reporting requirements are met, including monthly, quarterly and annual narrative reports, in line with the required format and with review and input from National Manager.Budget Management• Oversee project expenditure and hold budget management responsibility for the projects’ portfolio, including monitoring budget vs. expenditure, ensuring that costs are allocated correctly and expenditure is happening in line with the plan.Representation and coordination (internal and external)• • • Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders and partners Non-governmental organizations (NGO’s), civil society organizations, community groups, private sector actors and government counterparts.• Lead on the recruitment of projects’ staff.• Coordinate, supervise and provide technical support to field staff• Ensure smooth flow of info from Plan to Partners and vice versa.• Ensure cost effectiveness in all operations.

Responsible for overall project monitoring of Plan International and NRSP in three districts Muzaffargarh, Layyah and Rajan Pur

-Selection of partner communities as per program priorities-Mobilize and organize communities according to the program objectives and child centered processes and priorities.-Mobilize and organize communities for development program.-Formation of Community Forums / Children Forums for sustainable community development programs-Developed participatory planning, implementation and M&E mechanisms for program [62 communities]-Facilitate in Collection of Sponsorship products-Responsibility for facilitating community development programs for a specific area in line with Plan’s vision, mission, program objectives and supervisor guideline-Ensuring timely completion of program/projects-Strengthening management capacity of the Community Based Organization (CBO members male and female) -To facilitate and build capacity of the community for the formation of Community Managed School for Girls in the communities-Established and strengthening the Education Committees, Health & Hygiene committee-Monitoring and supporting the partners organization activities in the field/communities-Documentation of field visits and other case studies as and when required
