• Preparing report from SAP(R1P) ERP system on the changes in activity-based schedules and providing reasons for any unusual difference • Preparing landed Cost tracker for Unilever Consumer Care's raw materials (Dried Mixed Ingredients, Dextrose Monohydrate, Vitamin Premix, Boost Bulk, Maltova Bulk, Skimmed Milk Powder & Flavors) • Assisting partnering team in report preparation and data visualization for IOP (Forecasting)• Material data retrieving for Pricing & Forecasting team from Matrix output • Preparing all the documentation & calculation for approval of UCL asset disposal from SAP• Identifying Goods In Transit from the UCL's shipment tracker with the UIEL AR book

• Assisting to produce Business Test Cases including Test Strategy in working with the Operations, Developer & QA Lead • Performing test execution (UAT), documenting test results, and obtaining test data of different MetLife solutions with solution providers, IT teams, and operational teams• Following the Agile method stories need to be produced for the developers on all the test phases and maintain test documentation in JIRA/AzureDevOps

• Train up the new executives with the new features of the products(Salesforce, Backend, Catalog, Excel, Jira, Slack etc).• Helping to solve bug related issues aligning with the product specialist • Reporting the regional and commercial head about the productivity, issuesand blockers.• Assisting the senior manager and team lead for mapping strategy to ensure errorfree Front End.
