Oversaw the creative direction and production of three monthly medical journals, two annual directories and all special, client-funded supplements from their initial mock-up stage through to the approval of the printing-plant’s digital proofs.• Streamlined the online publishing, issue archiving and article reprints processes, and rebranded all three medical publications after transitioning the department from QuarkXPress to a full Adobe environment.• Designed all issue covers, lead articles, house ads, and media kits.• Designed annual Product Management Today (PMT) Awards and all of its associated press material.• Created Powerpoint presentations, binders, brochures, and posters for international medical conferences.• Managed daily workflow of the Art Department, including the selection and training of new hires.• Continued on as Freelance Art Director and Consultant from 2006 through 2008.
