KWA Planners Sdn. Bhd. (Feb 2011 - March 2015)I joined KW Associate Planners Sdn Bhd in February 2011. Here, I involved in many Master Planning and Strategic & Implementation Planning across Malaysia that involve policy making, placemaking, research and authority approval. I also have the opportunity to involve in many design workshop and stakeholders engagement workshop. Some of the projects that I was involved in are strategic planning project by NCER (Belum Temengor Tropical Rainforest Business Strategic Implementation Plan), strategic planning project by ECER (Taman Negara Strategic Implementation Plan), urban design project by IRDA (Urban Design Guideline for Industrial and Commercial Plot, Iskandar Johor) and strategic planning project by PLANMalaysia (Dasar Perbandaran Negara 2).Urban Scale Studio Sdn. Bhd. (March 2015 - Present)I joined Urban Scale Sdn Bhd in March 2015. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in project management and high level strategic vision masterplan design particularly in placemaking, urban design, transit oriented development and many others that will help guided various client to create value to a project. I also involved in the preparation of Urban Design Guidelines for an Industrial Park (Central Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd.) which incorporating Low Carbon City Framework with the general concept of Smart Selangor. It is one of the projects under the Majlis Perbandaran Klang’s initiative of Klang Low Carbon City. Currently I'm leading a strategic planning project by PLANMalaysia@Pulau Pinang called Rancangan Kawasan Khas Bukit Bendera (Penggantian 2020) which expected to complete in April 2021. I'm also involved in a project by UNDP called Dedicated On-Road Bicycle Lane in Putrajaya. The project is to facilitate the implementation of low carbon initiatives i in Malaysia as part of Green Technology Application for the Development of Low Carbon Cities (GTALCC). At the end of 2020, i was given a task to participate in a study called Integrated Shoreline Management Plan (ISMP) Negeri Terengganu, the study is expected to be completed in 2022. Throughout the years, I have worked with many great clients such as UNDP, PLANMalaysia, NCER, ECER, IRDA, Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya, Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam, Sime Darby, Desa ParkCity, SP Setia, I&P Group and Central Spectrum, and has broaden my knowledge in Physical Town Planning, Master Planning, Strategic Planning, Sustainable Planning and Urban Design.
