Following the successful launch of an Intranet, Digital Signage in multiple buildings, and a Store Communications platform, I have been moved to a more central IT role to focus on Empowering Enterprise-Wide communications. The Store Communications platform now in support has been removed from my portfolio and replaced with implementing an internal live streaming technology practice to broadcast leadership presentations. Mature the team’s processes by implementation an SDLC and an Agile Management strategy. Create and implement monitoring and DevOps capabilities. Evangelize improved communication and drive cultural change.

Being more responsive to the twitter community for the podcast has increased our listenership and twitter follower counts. I have answered questions, directed efforts to get guests on the show, and ensured the community was growing and engaging.
