Responsible for the continued growth of popular ServiceRocket Atlassian apps such as Scaffolding, Reporting, Composition, Connector for Salesforce and Jira, and many more. Responsible for determining customer needs in products and working with the development team to deliver features to existing products and introduce new products into the market. - Drive the Support strategy within their team, and in partnership with Team Leads and Regional Managers from other regions.- Display a good understanding of technology and has the appropriate technical skills to help manage the team. - Mentor and provide one-on-one job coaching focused on continuous improvement and development.- Recruit and hire new team members. - Maintain a high performing team with a can-do attitude.- Manage and own day-to-day operations of the regional product queue.- Ensure team addresses issues within our defined SLAs.- Provide project management guidance and facilitate work with Support Projects team.- Handle customer escalations.- Set and meet team objectives each quarter.- Empower the individuals in their team to strive for excellence.- Engage with other Team Leads, ensure experiences are shared and teams work collaboratively when required.- Employ creative ways to run their teams to ensure operational and individual objectives are met.- Operate daily with a sense of urgency to get things done.- Foster the ServiceRocket Support culture within the team.

- Work and collaborate closely with customers and highly motivated engineers from around the world- Prioritise tickets to meet SLA with customers- Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up-to-date- Proactively provide suggestions for improvements- Review and resolve application or connectivity issues for world class organisations- Learn about and work on integrations with latest web-based applications- Take charge of assigned development projects- Involve in community support (see http://bit.ly/1FIAAtX)
