I am BU Director, with experience and successes in strategy, marketing, innovation and products and services development.The first half of my professional life, in the French ministry for the economy, led me to learn dealing with high complexity stakes, in a politically charged context, and taught me to manage demanding teams.With Somfy, since 2015, I actioned and developed industrial know-hows: strategy, marketing, innovation, products and services development. Above all, I learned walking the path from vision to sellable product, which requires tremendous craftsmanship in execution from the teams and uncompromising customer centricity – with the right management support and challenge.As a manager, I strive to focus on three fundamentals: detailed and demanding control of deliverables, team representation and team rituals, and an extra spark of passion for products and innovation.
