• Receiving of client merchandise, job materials, company products for all departments through Quickbooks • Creating and coordinating a schedule for all departments including incoming and outgoing deliveries, client installations, trade partners, vendors, and company needs • Managing a team of drivers and multipurpose laborers for unloading, loading, delivering, and assistance in Project Management jobs

• Receiving and creating individually customized orders with precision standards• Maintaining inventory, supplies, and production organization of the clean workspace required• Processing payments and shipping products with client communication

• Scheduling and confirming client appointments based on the agreed timeline • Marketing, promoting, and making relationships in order to continuously develop and expand business • Creating and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, including subleased offices as well as traveling to appointment locations

• Greeting patrons in a timely manner and accommodating their needs while answering questions and up-selling courses, drinks, and specials• Communicate with other servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers if needed, while supporting team members around me• Using restaurant POS systems to handle menu orders and payments
