• More than (8) years of progressive Information Technology work experience on Microsoft platforms in system administration, IT technical support and on client/server computer network environment.• In-depth experience in maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software and peripherals.• Hands-on experience in creating user accounts; including user rights, security and group creation in Active Directory. And experience with databases using MS SQL and MS Access.• Experience in Document Capture solution using Digitech System Paper Vision Capture, and Cloud based Enterprise Content Management system Hyland Onbase, Digitech ImageSilo.
