General Manager for Legendary Games Distribution in the Asia Pacific region leading the team responsible for Sales, Marketing and Operations across 10 countries.

I am responsible for managing a company's overall operations. This includes delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with the owners.

The Key Account Manager for Pacific will lead country level channel strategy, planning and execution to grow and diversify Wizards’ business in the Pacific region.The role is based within Hasbro’s Sydney Pacific office.Responsibilities:Develop Pacific region Commercial Plan with clear strategies on market expansion, business growth and revenue achievement.Deliver/exceed annual sales targets through the development and execution of channel sales strategies in both hobby and mass market channels.Lead channel development and expansion initiatives within Pacific in partnership with regional marketing and regional trade marketing organization.Manage distributors on sales processes and business growth, channel expansion and new channel entries.Skills and Experience:Sales experience consumer categories with preferred focus on collectibles/ gaming/ entertainment.Drive for results: setting clear goals along with leading and coaching team towards achievement of those goals.Business and sales metrics acumen.Strong leadership competency and people management experience.Ability to juggle and manage multiple priorities under tight project deadlines required.Hobby channel gaming experience.Mass market management/expansion experience (CVS, departmental stores, bookshop chains etc)P&L management understanding (financial/business acumen)Extensive knowledge of Wizards and industry products – particularly Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons.Travel Requirement (% of time per year)Up to 20% travel.
