I have an extensive track record with the last 38 years in the Banking and Finance industry most recently with ANZ Wealth Management (3 years), assisting with the Remediation Processes of Banking Settlements and Payments as the Wealth Business had been sold. Prior to this I worked with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) (17 years) as Supervisor Liquidity Management and Supervisor Operations ensuring 100% compliance in processes and transactions for over 5000 daily transaction’s valued at $50M daily. Both roles shared a very similar role expectations of managing and implementing complex and major projects due to changes in the industry and regulations from rolling out new systems and implementing new internal processes. The focus in both roles was to ensure deadlines were met, staff were trained with high levels of expertise through changing goal posts while always delivering. At RBC, managing a team of 6, with <5% staff turnover using a consultative style combined with a high level of attention to detail ensuring deadlines and customer service levels were met consistently.
