DAIS is a startup specialising in the application of machine learning using LLMs in the intelligence and defence market in the UK and allied nations. • Lead in developing outstanding teaching and learning, careers and destinations within the Academy supporting in achieving an Ofsted Outstanding across all categories in September 2022.• Coached and mentored beginning and experienced teachers and managers to support them in developing their practice, again contributing to the Ofsted Outstanding achieved in leadership and management.• Created an aspirational careers programme that supported sixth-form students in raising their aspirations and as a result attainment. This saw an improvement in students attending Russel Group universities from 15% to 19% in 2023, as well as two students securing places at Oxford for the first time in over 5 years.• Designed and implemented systems using Forms, Power Automate, Excel and Power BI that allowed senior and middle leaders to evaluate KPIs and devise strategic improvement plans where necessary. This saw an increase of 2.08 for APE at sixth form, as well as maintaining high attendance levels during the pandemic where nationally it dropped significantly.• Created visualisations and reports using Excel and Power BI to communicate operational performance with senior managers, external agencies and governors. Driving the quality of education across the Academy higher through improvement plans and accountability measures.• Designed and implemented automated systems using Power Automate to allow department managers instantaneous access to data, enabling them to identify the strengths and areas for development in their areas in real-time and tailor their improvement plans to the of their teams. • Cleaned data from a wide range of data sources to allow analysis to support improvements of different Academy priorities• Maintained clear, concise communication, both written and verbally, with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders• Presented to staff from across the Harris Federation on how to achieve Outstanding as a Sixth Form

• Designed the layout of the organisation’s SharePoint platform to move to cloud storage to improve collaboration. Working with users to find needs to support a smooth migration.• Led the organisation’s transition to Microsoft 365 which transformed the use IT and enabled 2000 users to transition to online learning and remote work during the pandemic.• Trained staff and students on the use of Microsoft 365 to improve efficiency of technology use and save people time.• Led a team of tutors who through a range of different strategies saw the attendance of sixth form students increase from 93% to 95%
