Job and key responsibility:-Ensure online quality parameters for HF PET, CSD PET, CSD GLASS, Packaged drinking water (Aquafina).-All Pet bottle analysis prior start up of filling beverage as per company specs like weight distribution, height, diameter(top/middle/end), bursting, drop test, stress crack, wall thickness, appearance.- Ensure CIP effectiveness, caustic concentration, and temperature and contact time during CIP, final rinse water test AOT.-Water analysis as per BIS standards and PepsiCo standards.- Ensure GMP, GHP, for all lines. -Ensure PRP's, and OPRP's online. -Analyzed finished product BRIX, GV, TA, IB, NETCONTENT, SST, during Production -Ensure minimum mandates.-Participate in Internal GMP Audit, AIB Audit, QAS Audit, and ISO Audit, Regulatory Audits Like FSSAI & BIS.-Training gives to workers about food safety,GMP, GHP, and PERSONAL HYGIENE.

• Food Safety System.• Participated in Regulatory Audits Like FSSAI, BIS and internal Audits.• Documentation / Quality Checks in final beverages.• Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Maintenance and Lab Management.• Microbiological Examination water checks for TPC, Y&M, E-coli, coliform, pseudomonas, clostridium, Air monitoring etc. • Checking & approval of preforms, closures, cartons, labels, jars etc.• Maintain the sanitary and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing lines to achieve required results.• Customer complaints handlings, customer visit, RCA & CAPA preparation etc.
