Most notably I was an Police Detective where I investigated nearly every crime category including homicide, robbery, organized retail theft, fraud, burglary, elder and child abuse. I also am a certified forensic examiner and am versed with using Cellebrite, GrayKey, and Axiom products. I am certified in Interview and Interrogation along with written statement analysis. For over 6 years, I was a Field Training Officer responsible for training, evaluating, and documenting performance of new Officers and ensuring all Policy & Procedures were adhered to. Through my years of experience, I have gained a reputation as a self-starter who also excels in team roles. I am comfortable leading a team or contributing to a team's success. I have very strong written and verbal communication which has been key to my success in documenting investigations and courtroom testimony. I have led numerous community meetings and established networks of private company investigators, fellow law enforcement investigators, as well as citizens to create an information sharing network which has been key to successful investigation conclusions.Prior to Law Enforcement I was in management where I lead teams up to 120 employees while meeting all budgeted criteria. I was responsible for staff hiring, training, evaluation, and daily management. By developing a strong team based approach, we created a world class customer service environment which led to exceeding our budgeted goals. I implemented several customer based initiatives which were well received by the community. The initiatives were later rolled out territory wide and led to a significant increase in revenues and customer satisfaction.
