Involved Additive Manufacturing System based on Micro Mechanical Inhibition for 3D Printing of Metals and Plastics where my role was to develop prototype of a system based on selective inhibition sintering technology.Research on the micro selective inhibition sintering process and then fabricate a system that can produce various functional parts out of plastics like ABS, Polyamide, HDPE and metals such as Bronze, Steel and Aluminium with 50-micron accuracy. Worked in fabrication of the entire system integrating electrical, thermal and mechanical sub systems.Developed this new process methodology under Selective Inhibition Sintering funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India.Supervises junior research associates, graduate students, and student workers in the laboratory.Prepares analytical reports relative to research data, Monitors progress of research projects and coordinates information between departmental sections.Performs a wide and complex variety of assays, test, and studies.
