As a Technical Account Manager I combine technical and commercial skills to position our services at new and existing customers. I am responsible for adding sales volume and assuring our customers use the full potential of our services. Building and maintaining a long term relationship with Ymor’s customers and partners is one of the key activities to achieve that.

The Projects department is responsible for the preparation and execution of all modifications for our customers and the coaching of internal changes for the benefit of the customer. The department provides support with regard to the analysis of the customer's situation and drawing up project plans for the realisation of new services or services that require modification. The Projects department is faced with the challenge of leading, designing, building, testing, documenting, implementing, transferring and assigning various projects and managing the project results.

Manage the delivery of support services and ensure clients goals are achieved. To insure that the operation meets or exceeds the business, operating and financial goals. Ensure that the assigned group of support specialists and Team Managers provides high quality service whilst maximising the available resources and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Our Service & Support department plays a major role within Multrix' service provision. The members of this department answer questions from customers, irregardless of whether these are of a technical, commercial or administrative nature. The diversity of the answers requires a high level of professional support within the organisation. A good co-operation with the various departments is therefore essential in order to be able to meet our agreements with customers in a timely and correct way.
