Insignia Financial (previously IOOF Holdings) is a large financial services provider, specialising in financial advice and superannuation. I worked in the Business Analyst Centre of Excellence, supporting a range of web based and desktop applications that assist the customer services teams to provide support and assistance to superannuation, pension, and personal investment clients.The tasks performed in this Senior Business Analyst role included:● Liaise with key stakeholders to review, evaluate and analyse client business processes and requirements via workshops, written correspondence, and one-on-one conversations.● Liaise with multiple development teams/scrum squads to ensure consistency of approach for large scale legislative changes● Provided guidance to ensure business requirements are clear, concise, and adhered to relevant legislation/regulations. The software is highly configurable with a strong focus on flight safety. Clients include defence departments in Australia and overseas, as well as independent commercial flying schools.
