Currently acting as Chapter Lead - Research to support the delivery of ANZ's key CX and EX feedback survey programs. In this capacity I work across multiple teams to support solution design, program health, delivery, analysis, and insights. In this role I also help to develop the internal capability of CX and EX analytics to drive improved value from our CX and EX programs.

Leading a team to help design and deliver ANZ's key enterprise employee experience (EX) feedback programs. Working in close collaboration with the HR (Talent & Culture) team, I help to co-create solution design, support the development of our underlying EX conceptual model and metrics, and provide direct support in analysis and insights generation. of particular interest to me is working to provide actionable insights to our EX program users and to better understand the links between CX/OX + EX.

Part of a team of four on-shore senior research consultants supported by an off-shore team in India. The focus of this role is to service the internal research needs of the bank including the bank’s key employee engagement survey program with all 50,000 global employees. My most recent focus has been to bring a previously externally managed NPS customer survey program from ResponseTek in-house using the Qualtrics platform. My role has been to assist with the implementation of this transition including advice on survey design and helping with the build and development of surveys and dashboards for reporting. I was responsible for implementing the Early Home Learning Study which is $9 million research project (funded by the Victorian Government Department of Education & Early Childhood Development), designed to help shape Victorian Government policy in supporting families to foster effective early home learning strategies with their children.
