The project is performed on three fronts:Technical mapping of the areas and projects eligible for inovar-auto, calculation of thebenefit based on the expenses incurred by projects, process mapping "As Is & To Be",which basically consists in mapping the current processes and evaluate changes thatcan increase the value of the benefit.
