As ICSS Engineer:• Maintenance, service, troubleshooting and implementation of required configurations (hardware & Software) for: o Main process control systems based on Yokogawa DCS.o ESD and F&G control systems which are based on Yokogawa ProSafe PLC.o Control systems of gas compressors, RO package (Reverse Osmosis), cranes and HVAC which are based on Siemens S7 PLCs.o Vibration monitoring equipment based on Bently Nevada systems.As Instrumentation Engineer:o Maintenance, service, fault finding, calibration and periodical preventive maintenance routines (PMR) for all the field instrument equipment including level, temperature, pressure and flow transmitters, control valves & on-off valves (pneumatic & hydraulic), motor operated valves, solenoid valves, pressure gauges, vibration probes, wellhead control panel (hydraulic) and etc. o Maintenance, service, fault finding, calibration and periodical preventive maintenance routines (PMR) for all the fire and gas field devices includes point gas detectors, open path gas detectors, flame detectors, smoke detectors, heat detectors, deluge systems, portable gas detectors and etc.As I&C lead engineer in new projects that were implemented to keep continuous production (as an example: converting the 2-phase separators to 3-phase, implemented in 2011/2012) . Some of the responsibilities were as below. - Review the documents provided by vendor (P&ID, instrument datasheets,...). - Evaluating the current control systems capacity to be connected to new instruments. - Loop diagram preparation. - Hardware installation. - Logic Design and programming. - HIS configuration.
