Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.Responsible for parking invoices, such as clearing agents, raw materials, packaging, insurance, and foreign vendor(Import ) invoices, in a timely .Review the invoices, identify the discrepancy, and resolve it either from the vendor or procurement.Making sure that all invoices were parked and posted within 3 working days from the date of receipt.Ensure proper withholding of taxes if required.Maintain the daily invoice parking, receiving, and closing status of invoices posted.Partnering with the stakeholders to communicate invoice issues on a on a daily basis and request action to resolve them.Drives resolution of invoice-related issues via strong liaison with vendors and procurement.Vendor's Reconciliation.
