• Conducting training for research associates about all types of questionnaires and Resource Kits of Psychomotor study. • Conducting research and supervision of research associates team during psychomotor testing study• Coordination with the field team to arrange meetings with the registered children (age 0 to 95 months) for the psychomotor testing• Monitoring & Evaluation of the study • Analyses of collected data and preparation of report/profiles of testing.• Coordination with the medical team for the Blood, vision and hearing tests of children involved in the research study. • Compilation of medical reports of the respondents and updating profiles. • Meeting with parents of examined children in order to provide information about their children after psychomotor testing. • Daily and weekly reporting to higher management regarding research study.
