CurrentBeing Telecom Engineer, we as a team delivered three main projects in which GPON planning and OFC deployment was carried out. Detail of those projects is mentioned below. Following are my responsibilities.Analysis of the area where GPON network has to be deployed. Performing extensive survey to check the soil condition and feasibility for deployment. Regular meetings with customer to enquire about all the requirements. Designing high level FTTH design using AutoCAD.Designing low level FTTH design using AutoCAD.Vendor management for civil work. Project execution as per as built diagrams. Monitoring of trench excavation, road bore and PCC for OFC route. Monitoring of OFC hauling and pulling Monitoring of fiber distribution hub (FDH) and fiber access terminal (FAT) placement.Monitoring of OFC splicing in FDHs, FTAs and network access points (NAPs). Project delivery time and quality management.Gulberg Greens Housing Society GPON Planning and deploymentL:Following are the key points of aforementioned projectThis is multi operator project in which 3 telecom operators can use the same network to provide the services. 6600 ODN lines are planned for residential area using 22 FDHs. 82000 ODN lines are planned for commercial area using 43 FDHs and multiple FATsThis network consists on 8 ringsQurtaba City Housing Society GPON Planning and deploymentFollowing are the key points of aforementioned projectThis is multi operator project in which 2 telecom operators can use the same network to provide the services. 10900 ODN lines are planned for residential area using 38 FDHs. 15700 ODN lines are planned for commercial area using 25 FDHs and multiple FATsThis network consists on 8 rings
