- Helped United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in designing matching grants scheme to mobilize private investments in livestock value chains in Balochistan, including milk, meat, and wool- Developed feasibility studies and recommended matching grants for wool collection centers, modern dairy farming, semen production unit, goat and sheep fattening farming, and modern butcher shops in Balochistan- Formulated SME Competitiveness Strategies for Sindh and Balochistan working as consultant for the United Nations’ International Trade Center (UN-ITC) and respective provincial governments- Developed strategies for Balochistan's SMEs for improving access to technology and innovation, and access to finance, working as consultant for UN-ITC and Balochistan government- Developed strategies for Sindh's SMEs on entrepreneurial and business skills, digitalization of SMEs, and access to business development services (BDS) working for UN-ITC and the Sindh Depart. of Industry and Commerce- Collaborated with Balochistan's wool sector stakeholders to develop a sector strategy, formulated in partnership with the UN-ITC and the Balochistan Depart. of Livestock- As lead consultant for Punjab government’s Planning and Development, Agriculture, and Livestock Departments, I formulated independent strategies for improving agricultural and livestock research and extension- Developed a strategic framework for the rice sector in collaboration with HELVETAS Pakistan, along with an implementation mechanism to support the rice value chain and related service sectors- Conducted a research-based Prudence Analysis for the Punjab Government project, aimed at providing extension services to agriculture farmers through private service providers. - Formulated a feasibility study to revitalize the Cutlery Institute of Pakistan (CIP) in Wazirabad. The revamped CIP will offer technology transfer, skills development, and market expansion services to enhance cutlery export

- Started a farming enterprise and managed farm operations with a product portfolio of free-range poultry, fish farm, wheat, rice, guavas, and lemon orchards, and seasonal vegetables including tomato, reddish, cauliflowers, onions, etc.- Mobilized investment for the purchase of farmland, development of farm infrastructure, including poultry sheds, fishpond and commissioning of farming technologies such as drip irrigation, etc.

- Formulated Agriculture Policy of Punjab 2018. The policy was approved by the Punjab cabinet, notified in the gazette and was launched in February 2019. The agriculture policy is currently under implementation by the provincial government.- Prepared and implemented SMART Punjab PforR with the World Bank. It is a USD300 million ‘payment for results’ investment program for reforms in agriculture of Punjab.- Developed project proposals for a number of transformational programs for improvement in public sector service delivery, development of agriculture markets and value-chains through enabling and facilitating private sector- Prepared manual for provision of matching grants to agribusinesses by Government of Punjab. The manual is notified in the provincial gazette book to provide regulatory guidelines for implementation of matching grants in the province.- Supervised, reviewed and materialized opportunities for public-private partnerships in farmer credit (eCredit scheme), cash subsidies through mobile wallet (eVouchers), and crop insurance schemes of Punjab Agriculture Department. These ICT based services are being delivered to the farmers in Punjab.- Coordinated with development organizations including World Bank, ADB, FAO, IFPRI, USAID, DFID, AusAID etc. to increase synergies and maximize the impact of reforms and development initiatives for growth in the agriculture of Punjab- Established ADU including staffing and team building, and introduction of performance systems to gear the advisory sections in delivery of highly complex assignments in a flawless manner- Led the team of Advisors by mentoring, coaching and guiding, to ensure that their projects are moving in the right direction, and are aligned with the vision, agriculture policy and growth strategy of Punjab Government

- Carried out industry analysis to develop capacity building strategies and project plans to promote export of hand-knotted carpets from Pakistan- Developed a project proposal of PKR 200 million for submission to Export Promotion Fund Board to provide export marketing assistance and capacity building of the carpet exporters - Developed a project proposal of PKR 317 million for submission to Planning Commission to sponsor participation of carpet exporters in 12 international exhibitions to increase export of hand-knotted carpets from Pakistan
