Current-Mentor and coach other scrum masters and team members, helping them to adopt Agile principles and practices effectively.- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align team goals with organizational strategy.- Assist in defining and refining the product vision, roadmap, and release plans.- Proactively identifying and address impediments that affect not just individual teams but also the broader organization.- Implement and maintain advanced metrics and reporting systems to track team performance and productivity.- Led and coached product owners to improve story writing, feature discovery, and requirements.- Support and educate stakeholders on Agile principles and practices to preserve the team from external pressure and ensure team maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery.- Manage scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe across multiple teams within the organization. - Lead initiatives to improve Agilie processes and practices within teams and across the organization.- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and met.- Defining the mandate and scope of an ERP and Infrastructure program in collaboration with the program sponsors. Initiate start-up activities and establish a shared vision of the scope with the sponsor.
